The Property Market in Wales and the South West of England - 7th September 2005

The property market in Wales and the South West of England are showing a marked improvement in property sales with up to 4 times as many agreed sales in August 2005. In some cases new properties marketed and agreed "under offer" inside 4 working days.

As these sales have not yet finalised as "exchange of contracts" or "completed" there is every chance that this may be just a blip on an otherwise "stable" market.
