Ploubalay is a small town, 7 km's from Dinard airport, 9 Km's from Dinard, 15 Km's from historic St Malo, 8 Km's from medieval Dinan and 5 km's to Lancieux (nearest beaches).

On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. A very large living room (52m2) with beams, original granite working fireplace - well furnished. Also one shower room, separate toilet, 2 staircases, and oil-fired central heating. Garden furniture.
Cost will be from: Mid season 2010 £650.00 per week
High season 2010 £850.00 per week
Bookings will run from Saturday to Saturday, arrive at 2pm and depart at 10am. A fee of £150 will be required on booking, the balance to be paid four weeks prior to start of holiday. Please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels and PLEASE do keep the house clean and tidy for the next guest.
